5 Week Intro to Pole Fitness Course

So you are thinking about joining Pole Dancing? We don’t need to go on and on and on about all the benefits of Pole, Fitness and joining us at Queens of Pole Fitness & Dance. Just a few classes in studio and you will see first hand why so many ladies chose to be Queens when they are exercising. If you have no prior pole fitness experience, our Intro to Pole Fitness class is the perfect entry level option for you.

Our intake for our 5 week Intro to Pole are OPEN and finishes up at the end of Term 2 2024 (25th March 2024) (enrolments close Friday 19th April 2024). This is our busiest time of the year, so get in quick to secure your preferred time slot.

Thinking about changing up your fitness routine? We don’t blame you! Who hasn’t tried running while breaking out the latest beats? We know that shaking up the ‘normal’ routine and trying something is what has brought you here to our website.

We LOVE beginners and an excuse to talk anything pole, so much so, we even wrote a blog on how to change every conversation you have in the future into a pole chat!  We have seen time and time again not only the physical benefits Pole Fitness has on a woman, but also the mental improvements she finds along her journey. We often hear from our ladies that some of their closest friendships were formed in our studio and have blossomed outside of the Pole Studio. We offer specialised Introduction to Pole Courses as well as our very own Curvy Queens Course and Beginner Spin, after all variety is the spice of life!
