GETTING STARTED

  • Not at all! 98% of our members start with zero experience. Our structured programs are designed to guide you through everything from day one.

  • Totally normal. You’ll walk in, meet your instructor, and be guided step-by-step. No judgement, no pressure - just good vibes and support.

  • Water, a towel if you like, and your magical self! We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Activewear you can move in. Each class type has slightly different recommendations (see Pole & Pilates sections below 👇).

  • 14+ for classes at our staffed studio sessions (with parental consent).
    18+ for 24/7 access locations.

  • Welcome to Queens! The best way to begin is with our free 30-minute pole trial class. This lets you experience our supportive environment firsthand and meet our amazing instructors or our 7 day pass giving all areas access.

  • Yes. Each Pole, Reformer bed, Yoga Mat and recovery spot must be booked in advance through the Queens app to secure your session.

MEMBERSHIPS & BOOKINGS

  • We offer Pole, Pilates, Recovery, and All Access memberships - so you can train your way, not be locked into one thing. We also offer casual class passes.

  • Yes - depending on your membership, you can access multiple class types across the studio and even across locations!

  • Yes - our memberships run in structured terms (10 weeks long) and automatically roll into the next term unless cancelled within the required notice period.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in line with our notice period. Once a term has started, memberships cannot be cancelled or downgraded mid-term unless supported by a medical certificate.

    We do offer membership pauses for up to 4 calendar weeks per calendar year.

  • If you can’t attend your booked session, cancel early so another member can take your spot. Late cancels or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • All bookings are made through our Queens app. You can schedule, reschedule, and manage everything there. You can also manage via our web portal: https://queensofpole.gymmasteronline.com/portal/login

  • You are welcome to upgrade your membership at any time. You new membership will come into affect from the next scheduled payment date.

  • It's as simple as requesting to cancel your membership from your ‘memberships’ tab on the Queens app, completing our Cancellation request on our website or emailing your home studio your request to cancel.
    NB: Verbal requests, DM’s on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok or Text Message termination requests are not accepted.

POLE

  • Shorts (think Gym, Running, Bike Shorts etc) and any top or sports bra that makes you feel comfortable. Skin grip is essential - more skin = better grip.

    You are welcome to wear anything that makes you feel sexy too! Embrace the woman that you are and reconnect with her.

  • Not at all, Beginners start barefoot. Heels are optional as you progress.

  • Yes - all classes are structured so you get your own pole.

  • We run structured levels so you build strength and skills safely over time. Your instructor will guide you on when you’re ready to progress.

  • We have mostly 45mm poles in our studio’s. Helensvale has a mix of Brass and Stainless Steel poles. Coomera has Brass poles only.

    We do have 2 x 38mm Pussycat poles set up for competition practice available in our Coomera studio.

PILATES

  • A strength-based, low-impact workout using a reformer bed to build control, stability, and mobility.

  • Yes - we cater to all levels, with options to progress or modify as needed.

  • Activewear you can move in comfortably and grip socks (compulsory)

  • Yes - grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene.

  • Our kiosk classes are self-guided sessions using a touchscreen kiosk giving you access to 900+ guided Reformer Pilates workouts. You’ll follow a guided workout via on screen visual and voice guides.

    Simply bring your Bluetooth headphones, select your class, and follow the guided session at your own pace.

    These classes be be tailored to be from 5mins to 50mins long as per your needs. You can take a break or pause when needed during your 60min booked session.

  • Yes - headphones are required to hear the guided instructions during kiosk sessions. We recommend bringing your own.

  • We have 6 Reformer machines all paired with their own self paced kiosk machine. For our staffed classes, we turn the kiosks off and the instructor will guide you through your session.

RECOVERY

  • Infrared Sauna, compression boots, and recovery tools designed to help your body recover, reset, and perform better.

  • Yes - depending on your membership, recovery sessions can be booked on their own during staffed hours.

  • As often as your body needs - most members use it 1–3 times per week.

  • Yes - all sessions are booked through the app to manage availability.

  • We have 1 full-spectrum infrared sauna, suitable for solo use or sharing with a friend.

  • Each booking is 60 minutes, allowing plenty of time to relax and unwind.

  • Loose cotton clothing or a towel is recommended for comfort.

  • Yes - you can connect your phone via Bluetooth to enjoy music or a podcast during your session.

  • Infrared sauna use may support relaxation, circulation, muscle recovery, and overall wellbeing when combined with regular movement.

    (Benefits vary for each individual.)

  • We currently offer 1 set of compression boots for 30min sessions.

  • We currently offer 1 full size massage chair for 30min sessions.

24/7 ACCESS

  • Eligible members receive secure access to the studio outside of staffed hours using personalised entry.

  • No - access is strictly for active members only. Each person must scan in individually to gain entry to the studio space.

  • Our system monitors entry activity. If access doesn’t match entry (e.g. one scan, multiple people), security team will receive an alert and access may be suspended and the membership reviewed.

  • Yes - the studio is monitored via security systems and cameras to ensure member safety

STUDIO & GENERAL

  • Most people do - and end up leaving with a whole new group of friends.

  • Our day to day classes and 24/7 access is for women who were female at birth.

    From time to time we are lucky enough to host guest instructors, speciality classes and pole competitions which is open to all genders to join.

  • We operate across the Northern Gold Coast:

    Coomera
    Staffed and 24/7 access offering Pole, Dance, Fitness, Pilates, Recovery and speciality sessions.

    Helensvale
    Staffed access only offering Pole, Dance, Fitness and speciality sessions.

  • Just your phone (door access and progress photo’s!), yourself, water, and good energy 👑

  • Failed payments may incur a fee and access to bookings and studio access may be restricted until resolved.

  • Many of our sessions include pregnancy-friendly options; however, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before attending.
    Private 1:1 sessions are also available for more personalised support.
