Cancellations & No Show Policy (For Class Bookings)
EARLY CANCELLATION
To make an early cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation at least ninety (90) minutes before the Scheduled class' start time (“Early Cancel”). An Early Cancel will automatically return the casual booking to the studeent's account. The casual class pass will be available to make a new reservation until its expiry date, subject to the Scheduling Window.
Queens of Pole will Early Cancel your reservation in the event a class has been cancelled from the timetable by us, irrespective of the Cut Off Window. Notice of Scheduled class changes will be provided in the online student announcement groups and reflected on reservations in your Queens of Pole Account. In addition and where practical we will make a reasonable attempt to additionally notify you of cancellations through email or SMS.
LATE CANCELLATION & NON ATTENDANCE "NO SHOW"
The following will be deemed a Late Cancel:
a. Cancellations applied from ninety (90) minutes or less prior to the scheduled class’s start time; or
b. You do not participate in your reservation (“Non-Attendance” or “No Show”) and fail to cancel your reservation.
A Late Cancel will result in the casual class pass being deducted from your Queens of Pole account. No expiry date exceptions will be given.
In the event you are a No Show to an unpaid reservation, your Queens of Pole Account will have an outstanding balance that will incur a Casual Class Session charge.
In addition, any late cancel or non attendance will incur a $10 charge to your Queens of Pole account, the payment method on file will be used to recover funds.
