We're always interested in meeting great pole instructors - from coaches who love introducing complete beginners to pole through to experienced instructors teaching our highest levels.

Some opportunities are available immediately, while others may be kept on file for future timetable openings, covers and workshops.

Helensvale: Exit 60 or Exit 66 located on the service road
47 mins from Brisbane
14 mins from Gold Coast

Coomera: Exit 54 located on the service road
60 mins from Brisbane
25 mins from Gold Coast

“Our Empire” focus’ on providing a fun, supportive and empowering community for all women who take the step and join us whether it be fore a 30min Trial Class or a term Membership.

The role:

  • Hours available at both Helensvale and Ormeau locations;

  • Casual Employment contract paying above award rate;

  • Fun, supportive and welcoming team ready to expand our network with adding you to our team;

  • Ongoing upskilling training opportunities provided, as well as group professional development at least quarterly;

The applicant:

  • Must have at least Beginner Ecole de Pole Certification or be willing to obtain their Certification (or equivalent) in the near future;

  • Preferred at least 6 months teaching experience;

  • Must have or being willing to obtain their First Aid and CPR certification;

  • Must be available to work at least 1 night Monday - Friday during trading hours (5pm - 9pm), with the opportunity for Private Lessons outside these hours; occasional Saturday rotating roster availability would be beneficial.
