Perfect. Most of our members start as complete beginners.
Our beginner pole classes are step-by-step, supportive and designed to help you feel comfortable from your very first class.

How our Pole Class work
Level / Course Classes
These are your structured weekly pole classes.
You’ll train in a set level and build skills progressively across the term, including tricks, strength, transitions, dance elements and flexibility.
Best for:
beginners wanting structure
members progressing through levels
building consistency
learning safely
NB: Labelled Intro to Spin Pole/Intro to Static Pole, Beginner Static, Beginner Spin, Beginner 1 Spin, Beginner 2 Static etc
Casual Classes
Casual classes are flexible drop-in style sessions that can be booked as one-off classes or included in selected memberships.
These may include:
choreography
conditioning
heels
floorwork
stretch
open-level pole skills
specialty classes
Best for:
extra training
trying different styles
adding variety to your week
members who want flexibility
Open Practice
Open Practice is your time to train, revise and polish what you’re learning in class.
This is not an instructor-led class, but staff may be present depending on the session.

practicing class content
building confidence
filming progress
extra training time

If you’ve trained at another studio before, we recommend booking a level assessment so we can place you in the safest and most suitable class.
You can view and book available options via our Queens app, click below, or alternatively, email us your top 3 day/time combo’s and we can see what staff are available to suit.
What to wear
For pole, skin grip helps you stick to the pole.
We recommend:
shorts
singlet or sports bra
bare feet for beginners
no moisturiser or oils on class day
water bottle
Heels are optional and not required for beginner classes
