FAQs

What do I wear to my Free Pole Trial Class?

We want you to be comfy! But you do need thigh/leg grip to grip the poles - any version of your swimwear, gym shorts, running shorts, yoga shorts will be perfect! No Bike shorts (shorts that cover to your knee), or Leggings please. You will be unable to enjoy the full pole experience if you cannot get on the pole.


Do I need to wear heels to my Free Pole Class?

Heels are fun! But not needed in our Free Trial Class, we train mostly in bare feet (socks are welcome), the shiny shoes come later (again, totally optional!)


What do I wear to my Reformer Pilates Class?

Get comfy Queen! You can wear leggings, shorts, skorts, and any top you are comfortable in. Grip Socks are required for your safety.


Do I need Grip Socks for Reformer Pilates?

Grip socks are compulsory for Reformer Pilates, we do sell some Queens Grip Socks in studio if you forget yours.


Our Free Trial Classes are for New Students to Pole (and their current Queen if joining with a friend!) Our Queens will always disclose if they are there supporting a friend and have previous pole experience.

Our Reformer Pilates sessions are all levels friendly.
