PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Product: Pole-Mas Advent Calendar 2025 – Limited Edition 🎄
💜 1. Payment Plan Overview
Customers may purchase the Pole-Mas Advent Calendar via weekly or fortnightly direct debit through GymMaster (processed securely by Stripe).
The full product price is $300.00 AUD.
Payment plans will automatically debit weekly until the balance is paid in full.
All payments must be completed by 20 November 2025 before shipment or studio collection.
💳 2. Direct Debit Authorisation
By selecting a payment plan, you authorise NS Witney Pty Ltd T/A Queens of Pole Fitness & Dance to automatically debit your nominated bank account or card through Stripe for all scheduled payments.
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available at the time of debit.
You may update payment details at any time via your GymMaster account or by contacting the admin team.
📅 3. Payment Schedule
Your repayment amount will depend on the date you commence your payment plan agreement.
All payments are automatically processed on Thursdays, with the final payment due no later than 20 November 2025.

⚠️ 4. Failed or Missed Payments
If a payment fails, GymMaster/Stripe will automatically attempt re-debit daily after sending you an email and app alert.
A $6.50 failed payment fee may apply for each unsuccessful transaction.
If payments remain outstanding for more than 7 days, your order may be suspended or cancelled, and your box will be released for resale.
Reinstatement of a cancelled order is subject to product availability and at management’s discretion.
🚫 5. No Refunds / Cancellations
All Pole-Mas Advent Calendar purchases are final.
This is a limited edition, pre-order product; refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances, including change of mind or payment default.
Payment plans represent a financial commitment to the full product cost.
📦 6. Collection & Shipping
Boxes will be available for shipment or studio pick-up from 20 November 2025.
All payment plan balances must be cleared prior to release.
Free shipping applies on orders over $150 AUD within Australia.
Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.
📅 7. Key Dates

Final Payment / Shipment: From 20 November 2025
Product Release: 1 December 2025

By purchasing or enrolling in a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including all direct debit and no-refund policies.
