Q: Why Pole Fitness?

A:
Well, honestly I always admired the strength and grace of pole dancers. Even in high school, an old friend and I would say we would drop out and become dancers if we had the long legs for it.

Well, turns you don't need long legs to pole, or a lot of strength, or even a lot of coordination, I am prime example of that, being someone who trips on nothing and hadn't participated in any kind of fitness since grade 8.

Q: What Impact does Pole have for you?

A: It (pole) has changed me so much, and for the better. I have lost over 15kg, gained so much confidence, made the most amazing pole sisters, and I can actually walk and dance in the amazing shoes!

Everyone I speak too I highly recommend pole, not just for the sport, but for the art, the theatre, flexibility, especially the mental health. The vibe in the pole community is absolutely amazing, and it's something I am so grateful for!
