• Advance Prep, Advance 1 and Advance Spin on an active membership at video entry and competition dates;

  • The Advance Winner must enter into Semi-Pro for all consecutive years following unless a break in training of in excess of 6 months is taken;

  • Must use both Spin and Static during performance;

  • No Elite movements or Flex;

  • Heels or boots are optional;

  • Removal of a clothing item is optional, can go down to g-string and nipple pasties.

  • No nudity permitted, 1 point deduction for nip slips and flap attacks; disqualification for brazen disregard of rules;

  • Maximum two (2) human props permitted.
